Monthly Luncheon

Every fourth Wednesday of the month, you are invited to attend the Chamber Luncheon. Lunches are held at different Chamber Members facilities and offer an excellent venue to network with other businesses. Lunches are FREE to attend.

Ambassadors

Becoming a Flushing Chamber Ambassador is an opportunity for Chamber members to promote their business and the Chamber to prospective members. Ambassadors also volunteer at Monthly Lunches, Business After Hours and Community Events.

Business After Hours

Once a month you are invited to attend Business After Hours. BAH are designed to serve as a networking facility, to help support local business, and to offer an opportunity to share ideas with other Chamber members.

The Flushing Chamber is pleased to announce a new partnership with Health Alliance Plan (HAP) and Delta Dental. Both companies have developed a Power Package that was created to better assist Chamber Members and the benefits they can offer their employees.

Business Round Tables

Bi-monthly (first and third Wednesday of the month) you are invited to attend Business Round Tables. BRT serves as an intimate discussion group addressing topics that present themselves in everyday business. This group is for members only and is a non-exclusive group.

Take part in this money savings program! Every Chamber Member, and its Executive Board will be given a M2M discount card, which offers discounts at over 50 local businesses. A list of discounts can be found at www.flushingchamber.com.

Stay Connected

Staying connected and up-to-date can be vital to a businesses success. As a Chamber Member, you will receive weekly emails, monthly newsletter, and hot off the press news of your business peers. This also allows for news that you may have to be broadcast to over 500 people.

Advertising

Business Profile As a new member, your business will be profiled in the Flushing Observer on the 4th Sunday of the month. The profile can be up to 200 words and describe specials, promotions, or business contact information. Would you like to advertise on Main Street? The Chamber Office window is available for the use of its members to advertise. Call for availability.

Business Development Seminars

Join the Flushing Chamber for bi-monthly business development seminars. Seminar topics will range from health care reform and how it will affect your current coverage to how to create an effective business plan. Venue and fee may vary.
